Basic Pre-Eligibility Criteria for MRB Program

The following questions will cover the three basic eligibility requirements regarding the parameters of LHFA’s MRB Program. Verification of the information that you provide as well as additional detailed information will be required and reviewed after you have submitted the pre-eligibility certificate to an approved lender and LHFA.

1. Tell us about the property you are planning to purchase as your primary residence:
In what parish is the property located?
What is the estimated purchase price of your prospective home? (Currency format eg.100,000 or 100000)

2. Tell us about yourself and the members of your household:
How many people will occupy the property?
What is the total income of all members of your household? (include all sources of income such as salaries, pensions, benefits, interest income, alimony, social security, and child support) (Currency format eg.100,000 or 100000)

3. Tell us about residence history:
Have you owned a property in the past 3 years?
